Staff Qualifications

The Kendallville Day Care Center staff is trained in CPR, First Aid, and Universal Precautions. Full time staff is required to attend classes to acquire a CDA certification (Child Development Association). In addition, staff attends annual trainings and meetings to keep informed and develop a deeper understanding of the child care profession.

Staff endures drug screening tests, annual TB tests, state and local criminal history checks, evaluations and inspections from various agencies. We strive to select the best possible candidate to care for your child.
