Staff QualificationsThe Kendallville Day Care Center staff is trained in CPR, First Aid, and Universal Precautions. Full time staff is required to attend classes to acquire a CDA certification (Child Development Association). In addition, staff attends annual trainings and meetings to keep informed and develop a deeper understanding of the child care profession.Staff endures drug screening tests, annual TB tests, state and local criminal history checks, evaluations and inspections from various agencies.
